Ignite with Altitude 2026 Terms and Conditions

General

All prices advertised are per person. 

 

Ignite with Altitude is designed to welcome new faces into our unique world of pole dancing. As such, this event is exclusively for individuals who are new to our studios and not current members.

If you're already a cherished part of our Altitude whānau, we appreciate your interest in Ignite! However, we kindly ask that you understand the programme's objective to introduce pole dancing to newcomers.

 

Current Altitude members are not eligible to sign up for this particular event.

 

Participating Studios

All Altitude Pole studios are participating in Ignite with Altitude 2026, however there are limited spaces at each studio.

Eligibility

Participants must be aged 18 or over. Parental consent is required for any participants between 16 and 17.

Health & Safety

Pole dancing requires strenuous physical exertion that may cause injury. We will do our utmost to reduce the risk of injury wherever possible, and to ensure a safe and hazard-free environment. We will comply with all obligations of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.

 

However, participants must also take responsibility for their own health and safety, including by following all reasonable instructions from Altitude Pole staff and instructors.

Participants are required to disclose to us any relevant pre-existing injuries, health issues, or anything else that may affect their ability to safely participate. 

 

Payment

All prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Payment can be made in full at a one-time cost of $399.00, which includes GST.

 

Payment Plan consists of a non refundable deposit of $149, followed by 5 weekly payments of $50, which includes GST.

Registrations open on 1 August 2026 and close at midnight 28 August 2026.

Payment or deposit must be received in full by midnight 28 August 2026 to be entered into Ignite. Failure to complete this initial payment by this date may result in cancellation of the participant's registration. In such cases, a full refund of any amount paid, minus a $15 administration fee, will be issued.

 

 

Minimum Numbers

Ignite with Altitude 2026 has a minimum number of participants required to proceed.

If a participating studio has 4 or fewer signups, the studio may choose not to run Ignite. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of any amount paid, with no administration fee.

Limited Spaces

Spaces for the Ignite with Altitude are limited at all studio locations. Each studio has a unique capacity, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

Once a studio reaches its capacity, we cannot guarantee spots for additional participants. To secure your place in this event, we encourage you to register as early as possible.

Cancellations and Refunds

Any participant who has purchased a ticket on this website wishing to cancel their registration up to midnight Saturday 29 August 2026 will be eligible for a full refund, minus a $15 administration fee.

To request a refund you will need to contact the studio you have signed up to. 

Please note that refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after midnight on Saturday 29 August 2026

In cases where unforeseen events or exceptional circumstances lead to a cancellation, a partial refund may be considered on an individual basis.

 

 

COVID-19

Altitude Pole will comply with all legal obligations and government directions concerning COVID-19. In the event that a participating Altitude Studio has to close due to COVID-19:

​

(a)   if the closure takes place before 1 September 2026, participants will be offered their choice of: 

(i) a full refund, minus a $15 administration fee; or

(ii) a credit at the relevant studio equivalent to any payments made;

​

(b) if the closure takes place on or after 1 September 2026, during Ignite with Altitude, then participants will be offered their choice of:

(i) a pro rata refund calculated based on the number of days completed within Ignite with Altitude, minus a $15 administration fee; or

(ii) a credit at the relevant studio equivalent to the pro rata refund;

Credits may only be used as agreed with the relevant studio.

Promotional and Marketing

Photos, videos, and other media featuring participants may be recorded throughout the duration of the Ignite with Altitude event. In all cases participants will be made aware when photography or other recording is going to take place, and be given an opportunity to exclude themselves from such activity. This material, including photoshoot material, may be used in future promotional and marketing material for Altitude Pole Ltd. However, any such material will only be used with express permission of the participant, and where it represents the participant and Altitude Pole Ltd in the best possible light.

Additional Events

The additional events, such as Pole 'n Pics, the Orientation and the Last Spark will be run at all participating studios. However, please be aware that the specific details and schedules of these events will vary between studios.

Altitude Pole Ltd will provide general guidelines and information regarding these events, but it is important to understand that each studio has the flexibility to tailor these events to their own schedule and resources.

Participants should refer to the communications and updates provided by their respective studios for accurate and detailed information about the dates, times, and specific arrangements for these additional events. Altitude Pole Ltd cannot be held responsible for any variations or changes made by individual studios regarding these events.

Ignite with Altitude custom top

Digital Mockups: Any images or mockups of the custom top that you may have seen are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to make the final product as close as possible to the mockups, there may be slight variations in color or design due to the production process.

Delivery Timing: Your custom Ignite with Altitude top will be arriving at your chosen Altitude Pole Studio during the Ignite with Altitude event. Please note that you won't receive your top at the initial kick-off but rest assured, it will be waiting for you at some point during this incredible journey.

 

Top Variants: We offer two top styles - female-sized fit (Woman's Tee), and a male-sized fit (Bernard Tank - often preferred as a more gender-neutral option). Please make sure you check the size chart on the top page before selecting, so you get the style and fit that works best for you.

Size Selection: We've done our best to accommodate your size preference, but if you need to make changes, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Keep in mind that size adjustments will not be possible once Ignite with Altitude begins on September 1 2026.

Returns and Exchanges: We're thrilled to provide you with custom Ignite with Altitude 2026 tops as a complimentary part of your Ignite experience. These tops are a special gift to celebrate your journey with us, and as such, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
